2026 SLC Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted by January 30 and must be completed using this form. Approved refunds will be issued in the amount of the total registration fee minus 25%. Refund requests submitted after January 30 will not be processed. If you are requesting a student replacement, you must both call and email State Advisor Devin Alexander to confirm that the replacement is approved. Failure to complete both steps will result in the replacement not being processed, and the student will be ineligible to compete.
