SCHOLARSHIPS & AWARDS
Annually Florida Business Professionals of America aims to recognize students, advisors and supporters for their contribution to the Florida BPA. The first way is through student scholarships. Scholarship Awards are made possible through our committed corporate partners, BPA Alumni and families across Florida who have seen first-hand the pivotal role BPA plays in the lives of our students.
The final area is all special recognition awards. Each year Florida BPA highlight stakeholders across various areas of Florida BPA that have gone beyond the mark and really stood out.
Beverly William's Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was established by the Estate of Beverly Williams. Beverly was a committed Florida BPA advisor for countless years. This scholarship is awarded to Florida BPA members who represent an extraordinary amount of dedication to academics, service, and leadership. Beverly William was a longtime devoted.
Today's Business Professional Scholarship
The Today’s Business Professional of America Scholarship was started by an undisclosed donor of the Florida BPA Family. This scholarship is awarded to the premier member that has excelled both inside and outside of the classroom.
Advisor of The Year
Each year during the Florida BPA Annual State Leadership Conference, an advisor is recognized as an outstanding advisor. This award honors an educator who has gone above and beyond in terms of serving as a BPA local chapter advisor.
Hall of Fame Award
The purpose of this award is to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions at Florida Business Professionals of America. The nominee must have made contributions and been involved at the state levels for 10 or more years.
Statesman of the Year
Each year Florida BPA recognizes the top Statesman Torch Award recipient that has exceeded the 50 points per category.
Chapter of The Year
Chapter of The Year award was created to recognize the top local chapter in Florida BPA that have been active throughout the year and has demonstrated outstanding participation across BPA programs.
