Mr. Schultz is a long-standing and deeply respected leader within BPA, with a history of impactful service across multiple roles, including chapter advisor, chair of the National Board of Trustees, and most recently, director of membership and technology. Under his leadership, BPA has experienced dramatic membership growth and a revitalized member experience. Schultz’s visionary, student-first approach has helped modernize BPA programs, build stronger advisor networks, and expand the organization’s reach both nationally and internationally.

Throughout his tenure, Schultz has remained focused on creating meaningful opportunities for students, advancing the organization’s mission by prioritizing innovation and inclusivity. He has spearheaded the development of virtual programming, secured vital sponsorships, and forged strategic partnerships that elevate the BPA experience.
