Robert Skrypek | State President
Robert Skrzypek is currently a senior at Fort Lauderdale High School and is proudly serving as the FLBPA State President for the 2019-2020 school year. Robert has been a member for the past six years, getting his start with FLBPA as a Middle-Level member. He is apart of his school’s marketing and technology class. He has attended three NLCs over his past six years.
Outside of BPA, Robert is a volunteer with a criminal defense lawyer in Fort Lauderdale and interns with Shervin Jones’ District Office. He is also an avid cyclist in his free time and often rides over 150 miles a week. After high school, he hopes to attend the University of Florida or possibly another university out-of-state.
Robert credits BPA with not only sharpening his leadership skills but also believes the organization has allowed him to experience great things such as meeting new friends from as far away as Alaska. BPA has enabled him to learn new skills and reach once unimaginable goals. These prior learnings and experiences will not only help him serve as your President but also help him achieve change in his community. Robert is excited to serve as your FLBPA President and can’t wait to meet other peers that share his passion for BPA.
